The original Cantina Chicken Quesadilla is no longer on Taco Bell's menu. When we checked tacobell.com on October 1, 2026, the item page said it is not currently available. The version you can order now is the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla, which uses the same fillings with double the chicken.
Quick Answer
No, you can no longer order the original Taco Bell Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. Taco Bell's website lists it as not currently available (checked October 1, 2026). Order the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla instead: same slow-roasted chicken, three-cheese blend and Creamy Chipotle Sauce, double the chicken, $6.99 and 650 calories on Taco Bell's site.
It launched with the Cantina Chicken Menu on March 21, 2024 (Rewards members got it from March 14) at $6.49. Taco Bell described it as slow-roasted Cantina Chicken in a flour tortilla with a three-cheese blend and Creamy Chipotle Sauce, grilled with cheese on the outside. It came with guacamole, reduced-fat sour cream and Avocado Verde Salsa for dipping.
One correction worth making, because many menu sites still get it wrong: the sauce inside was Creamy Chipotle, not avocado ranch.
The Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla, added to the permanent menu on March 19, 2026. Taco Bell's announcement says it has double the chicken of the original. The fillings are the same, but it is rolled and cut instead of folded into wedges.

The one thing you lose is the guacamole that used to come on the side.
If you want the closest match, get the Rolled Quesadilla. If you mainly want a chicken quesadilla for less money, the regular Chicken Quesadilla is $5.89 and 490 calories, but it uses Taco Bell's standard grilled chicken and creamy jalapeño sauce, so it tastes different. For the full meal, the Cantina Chicken Rolled Quesadilla Combo ($10.69) adds a Crunchy Taco and a large fountain drink.
